Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This policy explains the general approach to appointment cancellations, refunds, parts returns, and service-related charges. Specific transaction terms shown in a booking confirmation, estimate, invoice, receipt, or written service terms also apply.

Appointment Cancellations

Contact the service team as soon as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

A cancellation or rescheduling charge should apply only when it was actually disclosed for the specific appointment and is permitted by law. This website does not create a blanket cancellation fee.

Diagnostic or Service-Call Charges

A diagnostic, trip, inspection, or service-call charge may be non-refundable after the visit has occurred if that charge was disclosed and the service was performed.

If a service-call charge is credited toward approved repair work, the credit should follow the applicable estimate or invoice terms.

Approved Repair Work

Labor already completed is generally not treated as a returnable product. If there is a concern about completed work, contact the service team promptly with the service date, appliance information, invoice or work-order information, and a description of the concern.

Any reinspection, adjustment, warranty remedy, or refund depends on the terms actually provided for that service and applicable law.

Parts Orders

Return eligibility can depend on whether a part was special ordered, installed, opened, restricted by category, subject to supplier rules, subject to restocking charges, or affected by shipping costs.

Do not assume every ordered part can be returned.

Deposits and Prepayments

A deposit or prepayment should be refundable, non-refundable, or partially refundable only according to terms actually disclosed before payment and applicable law.

This policy does not create a universal non-refundable deposit rule.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Parts

Contact the service team promptly if a supplied part is incorrect, defective, or damaged. The remedy may include replacement, supplier return, repair adjustment, or refund depending on the supplier process, installation status, applicable warranty, and law.

Refund Timing

When a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment method, processor, bank, and transaction type.

Charge Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact the service team before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction, invoice, service notes, and parts status can be reviewed. This does not limit any lawful right to dispute a charge.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under California or federal consumer-protection law.
